Mr. Francisco Mantero, Secretary General of the CPLP’s Business Council was one of the invited speakers of the Conference “CPLP and the Millennium Development Goals” organized by the Government of the Republic of the Guinea-Bissau during the VI Summit of the CPLP held in Bissau on the 16th and 17th 2006.
