On the 17th December 2007 the General Assembly of ELO met in Lisbon and approved the change of its address to Edifício AIP, Praça das Indústrias, 1 – 1st floor, 1300-307 Lisbon as well as the participation of the Bilateral Lusophone Chambers of Commerce in its Advisory Council.
