» Elo met with Donald Kaberuka, President of the
African Development Bank [AFDB]



The Charmain of ELO, Mr. Filipe de Botton and it’s Executive President, Mr. Francisco Mantero met in Estoril, Portugal on September 13 with Mr. Donald Kaberuka, President of the AFDB.

During the meeting Mr. Mantero stressed ELO’s support for the Investment Climate Facility [ICF] recently launched at the World Economic Forum in Cape Town and their hope that the recent European Commission initiative to establish an EU-Africa Business Forum will also contribute to an improvement in the business environment in Africa.
