Speaking Countries signed a memorandum of understanding
with the Brazilian Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento
Económico e Social [BNDES] and the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs of Brazil


On the 28th December 2006 was signed by the Business Council of the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries a Memorandum of Understanding with the Brazilian Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Económico e Social [BNDES] and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil. The MoU aims to foster the economic and commercial relations between Brazil and the African Portuguese Speaking Countries, as well as to set up mechanisms and instruments to promote Brazilian investments in Africa, specially in Lusophone countries.
